Sprint Event

Brief Description:	Sprint Distance Triathlon: 400 Meter swim, 20K bike, 5K run
Participants:	Get all the info you will need by downloading the new Participant Guide
Fees:	USAT Individual $52 until 5/9, $57 until 6/6. Non-USAT extra $10 extra. Relays (non-USAT): $125 until 5/9, $140 until 6/6. ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY
Divisions/Awards:	5 year Age-groups, Relays. Awards to top 3 in each division; top three men and women overall receive Open division awards.
Club Competition:	Enjoy club discounts and awards. Have your club president contact us for details.
Packet Pickup / Check-In:	Packet pickup and check-in is Friday 6/11/2009 at the Osthoff Resort from 4pm until 10pm. Check-in is required. Includes sweatshirt, water bottle, sponsor goodies. NOTE: USAT rules REQUIRE photo ID for packet pickup. Click Here for more information.
Race Day:	Event Date, Saturday June 12, 2010. Transition open from 5:30am to 7:00am. Pre-race briefing at 7:00am. Race starts at 7:30am.

Substitution/Refund Policy:	No substitutions allowed. No refunds (sorry no exceptions). There is a $10 event change fee to swap events (each time)
Triathlon Course... Swim: 400 meter swim in pristine, spring fed Elkhart Lake. Time trial start. Short bike transition. Water temps: 61-68. Issued swim caps must be worn. Wetsuits are HIGHLY recommended Bike: 20Km out and back bike course through the rolling hills of northern Sheboygan County and southern Calumet County. Helmets meeting current USAT standards are mandatory Run: 5Km out and back course. Water at 1 mile intervals. Exit on lakeside walkway of Osthoff Resort beach. Finish at The Osthoff Resort.
