Charity:  Elkhart Lake Multisports support local Manitowoc and Cleveland area not-for-profit organizations.  Contact us about how to be included.

Awards:  5 year Age-groups, Relays. Awards to top 3 in each division; top three men and women overall receive Open division awards.  Finisher medal to all completing the events.

Governing Rules:  USA Triathlon rules are in effect.   Participants must be USAT members or the $12 USAT single day permit fee will automatically be collected on behalf of USAT.

Time Limits:
  Long course event will have cutoff times by which you must complete the swim and bike.  Actual time limits TBD.

Parking and Shuttle:
   Parking is available at LTC, Dairyland Park, Veterans Park, and Cleveland's elementary school.  Shuttle service from Dairyland Park (finish) to start is provided so you can set up your bike and swim gear, park your car, and return to the start.  See schedule above for shuttle service.

Point to Point Event:
  T2 and finish are about 1.5 miles from the swim start/T1.  The event will provide shuttle service to accommodate your preference for setting up your gear Saturday morning:

Packet Pickup / Check-In:  Packet pickup and check-in is Friday 8/3/2012 at Lakeshore Technical College Conference Center from 4pm until 9pm and Saturday 5:00am-6:00am. Includes tech shirt, sponsor goodies.   NOTE: USAT rules REQUIRE photo ID for packet pickup.

Race Day:
  Event 8/4/2012. Transition opens 5:00am to 6:30am. Pre-race briefing at 6:40am. Half starts at 7:00am.  Sprint starts 8:30am.

T1 Gear/Gear Check:  All participants will be provided tags and gear check bags for all their gear.  Mark all your swim equipment.  Race staff will collect all gear from T1 and transport it to the finish area for you to collect.

Expo:  Friday before the event 4-9pm, LTC Conference Center

Substitution and Refund Policy:
  No substitutions allowed. No refunds (sorry no exceptions).  There is a $10 event change fee to swap events (each change)

Udder Half:
  (Course Map) Swim: 1.2mile open water swim in Lake Michgan from Cleveland's Hika Park.  Time trial start. Short bike transition. Issued swim caps must be worn. Wetsuits are recommended.    Bike: 56mile out and back course with a double loop.  Relatively flat bike course through Mantowoc County and southern Calumet County. Helmets meeting current USAT standards are mandatory.    Run: 13.1mile looped course. Water at 1.5 mile intervals.  Finish at Diaryland Park (0.3 miles from swim/transition)
